THE 25TH ANNUAL

BRITISH GRADUATE SHAKESPEARE CONFERENCE

IS NOW OVER!

THANK TO ALL OF OUR DELEGATES, AUDITORS AND PLENARIES FOR MAKING THIS SUCH AN AMAZING YEAR. 

WE LOOK FORWARD TO SEEING YOU IN 2024!

Please note that in-person tickets are limited. We advise registering as soon as possible to ensure your seat.

 

Online attendees need only purchase a ticket through our eventbrite page and do not need to register.

Undergraduate students are welcome to attend as auditors. If you’d like to read more about being an auditor of the conference please see our FAQ Page.

Registration Forms:

Registration forms will be emailed to all delegates for BritGrad 2023 following our call for papers. Details on abstract submissions and deadlines are listed on our Dates and Deadlines page.

If you have applied to present at this year's conference and have not received correspondence regarding registration, please contact registrar.britgrad@gmail.com.

Auditor registration is now open.  Links to auditor registration can be found on our home page

 or by clicking here.  

International Delegates:

If you are an international delegate intending to present in-person at the Shakespeare Institute, please inform us of your intent to travel via email at chair.britgrad@gmail.com. We will then be able to notify our host institution, who will issue your visa letter to enter the UK. Please note that due to current circumstances, this process may take longer than usual.

You will also need to complete the following form to inform the University of Birmingham of your visit:

Please note that at this time we can only offer visa letters to delegates intending to present a paper at BritGrad. All other international attendees are welcome to purchase an online ticket to the conference.

Fees for BritGrad 2023 delegates and attendees:

In-person:

Full fee: £50 (includes all three days)

Daily rate: £20

(in-person attendance includes: catering (lunch, coffee and tea), in-person access to all panels and online access to all recordings of papers)

Online attendance: £8

(includes three days of online access to panels as well as post-conference access to all recorded papers)

In-person BritGrad party: £10

Cancellation Policy:

If circumstances should arise wherein you must withdraw your registration from the conference, please inform us at your earliest convenience. This will help with our organisation of sessions and enable us to register any auditors on the waiting list.
